Introduction

These technologies allow the Controller to collect and store information (for example, through the use of Cookies) or to use resources (for example, by running a script) on the User’s device when the User interacts with this Application.

Google Analytics is a statistical service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports, and sharing them with other services developed by Google. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at the time of collection and then deleted before the data is recorded in any data center or server. Consequences of Refusing the Use of Trackers

Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Controller may be unable to provide the related functionalities.

Personal Data (or Data)

Any information that directly or indirectly, including in connection with any other information, including a personal identification number, makes a natural person identified or identifiable.

Usage Data

Information collected automatically through this Application (including from third-party applications integrated into this Application), including: IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to this Application, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and operating system used by the visitor, the various time details of each visit (for example, the time spent on each page), and details about the path followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and IT environment.

User

The individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.

Data Subject

The natural person to whom the Personal Data relates.

Data Processor (or Processor)

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.

Data Controller (or Controller)

The natural or legal person, public authority, service, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data and the tools adopted, including the security measures concerning the operation and use of this Application. Unless otherwise specified, the Data Controller is the owner of this Application.
